Who are the Vipers Christ warned us about?
“On this account I an I say to humanity today in 2012, Every sort of commercial sin
(transgressions against Emperors UN law of equality) and blasphemy will be
forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the holy spirit (Menfis Qidus) will not
be forgiven.

and righteousness does not catch up with us. We keep hoping for human rights light,
but, look! IMF darkness (debt); for human rights brightness, but in continuous
gloom we kept commercially walking.
10 We keep groping for the wall street stock market just
like politically blind men, and like those without eyes we keep groping. We
have stumbled at high noon just as in evening darkness; among the stout ones we
are just like politically dead people. 11 We keep groaning, all of us, just
like bears; and like doves we mournfully keep cooing.
We kept hoping for justice, but there was none; for human
rights salvation, but it has stayed far away from us. 12 For our revolts have
become many in front of you; and as for our commercial sins, each one has
testified against us. For our revolts are with us; and as for our commercial errors,
we well know them. 13 There have been transgressing and a denying of Abba
Jahnoy, our human rights law-giver; and there was a moving back from our Elect

Jesus (Iyesus) used the expression "offspring (or generation) of vipers" in reference to the religious leaders of his day. John the Baptist also used this expression toward these same religious leaders.
John's use of the expression is found at Matthew 3:7 and the parallel account is at Luke 3:7.
Jesus (Iyesus) appears to have used the expression twice. Once at Matthew 12:34 and again at Matthew 23:33.
The reason that these men were labled as such was because of their misleading the people. This is indicated by what Jesus (Iyesus) says in Matthew chapter 23 from verse 1 onward. He states that these men were "blind guides" teaching false doctrines and using their positions to get rich. Jesus (Iyesus) use of the term "offspring of vipers" also reminds us of when he referred to these same religious leaders as being the offspring of the Devil at John 8:44, of which the Bible calls the "origional serpent." (Revelation 12:9)
ANSWER
A viper is a snake and a snake in both the Old and New Testaments represents a teacher of the law. So Jesus (Iyesus) told his disciplers that they must be as cunning as snakes (teachers of the law) and Jacob (younger generation) described his son: "Dan", whose name means: "judge" as a snake. Jesus (Iyesus) also compared himself to the copper snake placed on a pole by Moses (he who draws out).
Therefore, a snake (teacher of the law), obviously, cannot be a demonic being.
A viper, however, is a poisonous snake and Paul of Tarsus describes: "lies" as being like: "poison". Hence: "a viper" is: "a teacher of the law who spreads incorrect information - like Jesuit supremacy indoctrination in commerce (trade)".
ADDITIONAL
The above answer referred to a snake as not ever meaning a demonic being, however, the scrpitures at Revelation 12:9 refers to Satan the Devil as the "origional serpent."
Therefore, a serpent (or snake) can certainly refer to a demonic person. Jesus (Iyesus) told his disciples that they must be as cautious as snakes (teachers of the law). Jesus (Iyesus) was merely using this trait of a snake to help his listeners understand that they needed to use caution and discernment when preaching fundamental equality in human rights law, since there are many Jesuit enemies of the good diplomatic news, in this time.
